Available Courses

EMT-I

EMT-I will teach you the fundamentals of EKG interpretation and drug administration and well as IV therapy.

EMT-B

This class will teach you the treatments and medications used by todays Basic level Emergency Medical Technicians. This course will prepare you for the Utah EMT-B certification tests. You will learn bandaging, splinting, treatment for suspected spinal injuries, treatment for shock, administration of patient assisted medications, ambulance operations and much more. This course provides online support through this site.

Welcome to the new training site for EMT's in Cache Valley. Class started Feb 12 for EMT-I with part of it being conferenced to Randolf via Polycom units. 

EMT-B Class will be starting on April 15th 2008. Please register on this site only if you will be attending this class. For information on classes and how to register contact Jay Downs at 563-3056. We have no one taking this class distance education at this time but if needed it could be arranged.




Welcome to the web site for training of EMT's in Cache Valley and surrounding areas. Classes for both EMT-Basic and EMT-Intermediates will prepare you for testing in the State of Utah. Training is held in Smithfield fire station with a working ambulance service. Polycom video conferencing units allow us to hold Distance Education classes. Call 435-563-3056 for any question regarding future classes.
